My experience with Apex was great. We had a leak from our tub drain that we caught early, and they were recommended to come in and do the demo and water damage remediation. They did a great job breaking down the damaged areas in such a way that the reconstruction company was able to put it back together easily. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future, though I hope not to need their services again!

We called Apex after we found a leak under our refrigerator and it had pooled water under our cabinets and flooring. The team of gentleman showed up the next day. Jake, Brenden, Mike and Brogan were all extremely knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of our questions and helped us to feel less stressed about the process. They took extra time to prepare our home for the remediation process. They kept everything clean and organized, even helped move our refrigerator out to the garage. I cannot say enough great things about this team and company. They are professional, knowledgeable and respectful when it comes to our home. I feel less stressed knowing that they are helping us through this process. I would recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing restoration in their home.

I worked with Connor from Apex. Apex and Connor have been great to work with, trying to get the water damage in our kitchen repaired. Our homeowners insurance denied our claim for 2 1/2 months. Connor did not give up, finally our insurance approved the claim. They worked fast to get the water damage fixed. From start to finish, Connor has been easy to communicate with, thorough, and great to work with. I really appreciated your support during the 3 month insurance debacle !

In the beginning: Apex is amazing! Garrett explained everything and keeps me up to date on anything that is going on with our project. But...They did the tear out just fine, but promises were not kept. So they are great at demo, but will not help you from beginning to end as promised. Nate came over and apologized for misunderstandings. He was very fair and addressed all our concerns. Thank you Nate. We'll definitely recommend Apex.
