This week on Monday, I saw that I had a leak at my hose bibb out in my backyard and had to call a plumber, Ulimate Heating and Air, to come out. Because of the damage in the crawlspace and the water pressure was also too high. He called Apex Restoration, and they were at my home. Matt showed up within 30 mins after the call. Turn out that leak caused a lot of issues . The youngman Matt from Apex Restoration he went in my crawlspace to see all the damage and came back and told me what had to be done. He helped me get my insurance claim done and told me that there would be several calls and emails from the insurance company so to take the stress away from me handle everything he told me to have them call him and that would deal with the insurance to take the pressure off me because he heard I was dealing with a lot of medical inssues with my daughter, so this way I wouldn't have added stress on me, he was so nice to do that for me. He explained what would happen next and if I had any questions or concerns to please reach out to him. The following day, Tuesday, he sent over 3 youngmen, Michael, Kyle, and Ronan. The 3 of them were very polite they let me know what they were going to do and put plastic down on the floors to protect them and took out several bags from the crawlspace. Once they were finished, Micheal told me that they were putting in fans in the crawlspace and that I would hear some noise from them, but the fans would dry out that it would take 5-8 to dry. Once dry, they could then start on the repairs. Before they left, they made sure that everything was cleaned. Micheal told me before they left the house. In the meantime, someone would be here every day to check if the water was drying out. The following day another youngman was at my house checking the crawlspace his name was also Maxwell C he gave me a update what it looked like in the crawlspace and would be back the following day until everything was completely dry in the mean time he would be spraying something to prevent mold growth, remove odors, and sanitize the area. He to was very nice. All of the youngman from Apex Restoration that were in my home the last 3 days were all professional, meticulous, responsible, and diligent in their work, paying close attention to detail to ensure the work is completed. They were all so nice and considerate. I highly recommend Apex Restoration to come out to your home if you need any restoration if you want it done right the first time. They were all great, and you could tell they take great pride in their work.
