1Inspect and sample

Book a free inspection and we look at the materials most likely to contain asbestos: floor tile and its adhesive, pipe and duct wrap, textured ceilings, insulation. Suspect materials are sampled and tested first, because asbestos cannot be identified by eye.

2Contain the work area

Asbestos is harmful when its fibers get into the air, so the work area is isolated with plastic sheeting before anything is touched. Vents are covered and the way in and out is controlled. People stay out of that area until the job is finished and cleaned.

3Remove, clean and document

Materials are kept wet during removal to hold fibers down, sealed in bags and taken away for proper disposal. We clean the work area and check it before the containment comes down, and you are welcome to have an independent inspector clear it. You receive documentation of what was removed.
