We had a quick scare with a leak from our water softener and called Apex Restoration in Garden City. They were incredibly responsive and had someone at our home within about 30 minutes of calling. Thankfully, it ended up being a fairly minor issue and nothing major needed to be done. What really impressed us was that they didn’t charge us anything for coming out and taking a look. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find. They were professional, helpful, and gave us peace of mind when we weren’t sure how serious the water leak was. We really appreciate having a responsive local company like Apex Restoration serving our community. I’ll be adding photos and a video of the water softener leak as well. Highly recommend Apex Restoration if you need someone who responds quickly, treats you fairly, and doesn’t try to charge you for something you don’t actually need.

Unfortunately, the insurance adjuster we all had to deal with was a nightmare, but Mikey kept everything professional and saw the process through....

there was an intermittent odor at the house that was difficult to identify. they came over quickly several times when i would call and say it was present. wonderful and more-than-prompt customer service. i offered to pay a service charge for the several inspections but they said they didn’t charge for that. really above and...

I dealt with Dante,Matt and Michael, and each one was polite , honest and knowledgeable.
