We had a quick scare with a leak from our water softener and called Apex Restoration in Garden City. They were incredibly responsive and had someone at our home within about 30 minutes of calling. Thankfully, it ended up being a fairly minor issue and nothing major needed to be done. What really impressed us was that they didn’t charge us anything for coming out and taking a look. That kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find. They were professional, helpful, and gave us peace of mind when we weren’t sure how serious the water leak was.
